Hello,

I have just realised I am eligible for some working tax credit benefit. I've been struggling for years on a low income, single person paying all the bills etc, and now I find out I could have been claiming the past few years.
Can I advise you to have a look and see if you are eligible too?

My question is- is the Citizens Advice Bureau a good place to ask about eligibility for benefits? The government phone lines are expensive and you never get through. Thanks.
