Stick it to the man

Wikipedia removed their rules bit on "How to stick it to the man". Can anyone remember them? I can remember:

1) Show no respect to those above you
2) Never cut your hair
3) Act socially unacceptable in public

There's two more....

Were they:
4) scream loudly if you don't get your own way
5) throw your rattle out of the pram

The very thought of there being 'rules' for 'sticking it etc' is hilarious, but it's probably just a me thing.

I think scream loudly could very well have been one, not sure about the rattle.

I think it's hilarious too! I don't even really have a reason for wanting to know these, I just they're great :)
