Just recently at least once a day i get an electric shock when my dog touches me with her nose!! It makes us both jump,why is this? Thank you.

i used to get them of my pet and she looked stunned as much as i felt. but its when i had carpets. it never happened when i got flooring. but down side she never could get to grips on them........poor girl she used to tip toe on them...

LOL...thanks for the answer.It makes sense i suppose with all the friction of her skidding about on the carpet.
