Did you make it to 2 weeks?? - Get back and there's another (sort of) tip in it for you (no guarantees that it will mean anything to you, though, and if you leave it too long, I might forget)

yes im still off them and its getting a little easier every day.

BTW, the grill on our cooker has packed up. I said to my wife yesterday "Do you know what I miss?" - I was going to say "Toasted cheese sandwiches". She said "Is it your pipe?" - AAaaargh - that set me off on a craving - I hadn't even thought about it until then. But I soon got over it.

As you are discovering, it gets just a litle easier every day. Now and then, though (in my experience), you will get a big craving (I've got one now just thinking about it) that seems irresistable - it will be so easy to give in to it and try packing up another time now you know you can do it. Well, I previously abstained for 5 weeks then gave in when stress appeared. It was almost 2 years before I could try again. So here's a tip, for what it's worth, get ready for that big crave and figure out in advance what you're going to do about it.

The other thing you should be noticing is that people don't grimace a bit when they get near you, and your more intimate relationships should be becoming more spontaneous. If they're not, that's something to look forward to (unless your partner's a smoker!).

Keep it up.
