Nope. The bonus number only comes into play when you have 5 numbers.

It would help if you told us WHICH lottery as there are a number (Lotto, Daily Play, Euro Millions etc)

If you have a Euro Millions ticket then 2 numbers and the bonus DOES win (but not much)
