Well money will always be important to someone who was once poor. They apreciate it more anyway compared to someone whos always had it.

It depends on a person, a poor man could be happier and have more friends than i rich man.

Its gonna vary in different ways for everyone i think

im talking ordinary person.is money more important to you is it all status and circles of friends with cash or is it more about people?
simple really
If you need money to be socially acceptable to people, then I'd say that those people are not worth socialising with! Yeah, money gives everyone opportunities to do things they wouldn't be able to otherwise, but that wouldn't make you a better person, maybe more smug, but not better!
one answer-when you don't have it--you obsess about it...and not in a good way. is there enough?? whats gonna break done THIS month??

Slinky my sentiments exactly.Moneys not my major concern or material things either.
Legend, what a silly question. Of course the more money you have makes you more important. In your own mind at least; perhaps not important but quite comfortable, and who cares what the general populace thinks about it.
