re-use it on ebay for packin
We have no choice but to put it in the recycling which is still collected, just seperately from other rubbish.
yes, and plasters on my fingers from fighting with the plastic tags that hold on like grim death
Hi IM x

Definitely recycle. I make a conscious effort to recycle everything that is recycleable.

Hi TB & everyone - yes, I take it seriously too, but I end up with a car boot full of the stuff, as well as the back seats and half of it round my neck!
We have a separate bin for cardboard which is a godsend at this time of year - on Christmas day we have a conveyor belt system going! Wrapping paper goes in the blue box, all plastic has to be stripped from the cardboard before it goes in the brown bin and all the rest goes in the normal grey one.
Hi Ice. We have a recycling program in our village and the council are quite fascist about it if you don't put the right stuff in the right bins. Quite rightly too I suppose. Or it would be if I hadn't heard that it doesn't actually all get recycled but some of it is shipped abroad by the County Council to be dumped in a landfill in someone else's country.
