Im definately slow these days. Sometimes just holding a conversation can leave me out of breath. If I try to go too fast, I just end up hurting and going slower than ever :(

I'm feeling quite slow too. Must be all the early Chrismas pies and currys I've been eating recently. Need to get my bike tire pumped up asap so I can restart my fitness regime!
