go to indian shop and get sheek kabab mix 55p tells you on box did it last week make sure use big egg as this aids meat stickiness to cling together on stick[skewer]mmmmmm
oh while in shop get ingredients like green chillies etc
Question Author
I'm growing chillies in my garden but will probably get some as I can't wait that long for them, ha ha.
also buy yogurt savoury type plain its about 25 p then add mint only a teaspoon ful now you got the dip too, must be natural plain yogurt
You need to blitz onions and spices and herbs with the mince in a food processor or blender then shape it into sausage shapes around wooden kebab sticks (skewers) and grill - don't get too lean mince, it needs to have some fat and you can use beef or lamb. You need to soak the skewers in water for about 20 mins before using.
