pan fried pork chops

On Mon 30th on Daily Cooks there was a recipe for pan fried pork chops. Could anyone give me the recipe or tell me how to find it? I thought the programme said the receipes were available on line but I can't find where!

Pork Chop with Mustard Green Beans and Cous Cous

Serves: 1
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes

Pork chop
1 tbsp Fennel seeds
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds toasted
Salt and pepper, to season

100g/ 3 � oz cous cous
200ml/ 7 fl oz chicken stock
35g/ 1 � oz butter
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Few sprigs rosemary
Few sprigs parsley

Mustard green beans:
50g/ 1 � oz green beans
1 tsp wholegrain mustard
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
3 tbsp olive oil

1. Toast the fennel and coriander seeds in a dry pan for approximately 1 minute, before grinding them in a pestle mortar. Rub the mixture on the pork and season heavily with salt and pepper.

2. Heat some oil in the pan and sear the pork until golden brown on both sides and finish in the oven for approximately 7-10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.

3. In a pot place the chicken stock, butter, crushed garlic and rosemary in a pot bring to the boil. Strain over the cous cous using a sieve. Cover with cling film and allow to stand. Once cooked, add the chopped parsley and season.

4. Mix together the wholegrain mustard, white wine vinegar and the olive oil. Season. Prep the green beans by removing the top but leaving the tail on. Plunge the green beans into a pot of boiling salted water for 60-90 seconds and then remo
