Angel delight?
Carmelle dessert?
Try this cheesecake....i made one yesterday and it took literally minutes and tasted heavenly.

You will need....

1 sweet pastry case from the supermarket
1 tub of mascapone
some honey
strawberries
strawberry jam.

Put mascapone in a bowl and squirt some honey over it...try a little at first and then add as you go on until you get your sweetness level right for you. Mix well with a spoon.

Put the mascapone in the pastry case and then cut some strawberries in half and place all over the mascapone.

Meanwhile, put a few tablespoons of strawberry jam in a saucepan with a tablespoon of water and heat until a syrup is made.....drizzle this over the strawberries.

Finnish by grating some chocolate over the top.

You can substitute the strawberries for other fruits if you want....i did tinned peaches with apricot jam as the syrup the other day and it was wicked !!!

Eton Mess - with either raspberries or strawberries. Always a success and takes about two minutes.

Bought or homemade meringue shells
double cream or soft vanilla ice cream
strawberries or raspberries
topping - choc sprinkles, flaked almonds, strawberry/raspberry coulis - or nothing.

Lightly smash meringue shells, slice strawberries, leaving a couple whole, whip cream. Mix slightly, pile into sundae dishes, add couple of whole fruit. Top with coulis, choc sprinkles or nuts
paupers black forest gateau.

1 chocolate swiss roll cut into slices and put in the bottom of a dish.

2 tins of cherry pie filling pour over top

1 tub of double cream, whip until thick and place on top of cherry pie filling.

Shave some dark chocolate over the top.

Yummy!!

This is one I do often - it's lovely and very quick to make!
1. take one packet of frozen berries (you can get them in tesco or iceland) and spread them in the bottom of a quiche or other flat dish

2. Whip up a small tub of whipping cream and mix in a small tub of yoghurt, spread this mixture over the top of the fruit

3. Cover this with a thick layer of brown sugar and bung in the fridge until the sugar sets
Strawberry Flan.

Supermarket bought sponge flan case. Fill the flan case with sliced strawberries or raspberries (fresh) or a frozen mix of berries. Make up some Quick-Jel and pour over fruit. Leave to set & cool (not long if you use the Quick-Jel) and serve with cream or ice-cream.
Get a bag of frozen berries and divide them between 4 plates to defrost slightly for about 10 mins. Meanwhile, heat equal amounts of double cream and white chocolate until all choc has melted and sauce is hot. Pour over berries - sauce starts to set, berries start to defrost, absolutely delicious!!
