I was recently pulled over on the A1M for speeding. The officer clocked me doing 103.1 mph over a distance of 0.8 miles. He said i now have to wait for a court summons but will most likely be banned from driving. I was prosecuted over 3 years ago for doing 91mph in a 60mph zone and got 6 points and a fine but the points are cleared now. What is the likelyhood of me losing my licence as i need it for my job and have the main income at home?

you say you were pulled over, were you clocked on vascar?
suggest you insist on the calibration certificate for that vehicle and the officers accreditation to use the equipment, if not up to date you may survive!
not to say i am not in agreement with others comments, your speed was a bit excessive, however as no particular friend of the rule enforcers who pay too much attention to motoring offences especially on motorways where speeding is less likely to have an effect on other road users, worth chucking in somew doubt as you are appearing anyway
hope you didnt admit your speed at the time.
