360 games

I use a lot of torrent sites and see 360 games on there. i have never downloaded them. can anyone explain how to burn one and get it to play on my 360. cheers in advance

I imagine you'll need to get your 360 chipped.
The last time I looked into it chipping the 360 was not easy.
Not to mention that chipping your console is now illegal in the UK. That's before you even think about copying games.

DO NOT chip ur console ! as already said it is illegal but also renders it useless for online play.

Hi - You can buy a modded dvd rom player to put into your console, but you must make sure you don't use the xbox live service otherwise they'll brick your system.

burning the 360 game is easy, the hard bit has allready been done, that is the ripping. to play the game you have to connect your 360 drive to a sata motherboard and then update the firmware, its very easy, but if you run into a fault you may brick your drive, this isnt the end of the world as there are a few people online repairing them from �15.00.
I cannot see how xbox live service can brick it, because that would mean flashing the drive externally, i dont think there is a way to directly communicate with the drives firmware through the 360's board.

to add to my answer though, i personally dont use pirate games, but i do understand why others do. I wish the software companys would price their wares reasonably, they often make we question "who are the pirates".

in reply to jasons comment: you can buy the drives but you still have to flash them , the firmware is unique to your 360.

You will only be able to play the copies on your own as bent games can not be played using the live service.
