Personally I use Amazon.co.uk or Play.com for my 360 games. All their new releases are �40 or less (a little more for collectors editions)
You could also try Gameplay.com or Game.uk.com

For an even cheaper option you can buy import games from Hong Kong at play-asia.com. For example they have the new Rainbow Six game for �25. It's the asian version but is region free and is in English. Their site clearly states which games are region free and what language they are in. Be warned though about this option as you could have to pay import tax when it reaches you (though it will still be cheaper than the UK version and is very rare so long as you buy 1 game at a time).
I can recommend them on their reliability as I use them regulary for Dreamcast games.

There have been a lot of region-free titles in the run up to xmas eg Splinter Cell DA,CoD3,Rainbow 6 vegas,Just Cause so Ive saved a packet and not one customs charge in sight!

Also try ebay.Some pre-owned games go for bargain prices on there.

ebay is by far the best place, I get all my
game from there. Once I've finshed them I put them back on to sell.
