I have both of my nipples pierced and I was wondering if I should take them out before I start breastfeeding. Also is it ok to still be working out my usual routine, I just dont know about the running and the shacking of the baby.

-- answer removed --
hey how come their are several posts missing, i thought the answers were ok ,not offensive, this is the only post ive been involved in, some people are so pathetic, and obviously not entitled to an opinion
i cant believe it most of my answers on this post have been removed, none were offensive, what a rubbish site this is, peoepl have told others to f off and still on here. and ive just noticed that my answers have been aftera one persons answer, if that makes sense, can he/she ban me?
bodds - its not me!!
it has nothing to do with whose posts yours came after.
i never report anything - i prefer it all to stay.
and why would i ban you? i answered you straight, i have not need to remove people who don't agree with me.
besides, as you say, they weren't offensive - to me or anyone else.

i can't stand it when people report posts and they get removed - it ruins the thread.
i think people should be allowed to say what they like

one person cannot ban you, but one with lots of usernames can.
posts need, i think about 3-4 different reports, to get removed.
there are few people on here who report posts all the time, mostly for some petty reason.

once the ed has seen it, it may be put back
Baby may have trouble latching (and what if a ball became lose) if you keep jewellry in your piercings while feeding.
As for exercise baby should be fine but you may be more prone to injury when exercising when pregnant because of effect relaxin (hormone released in pregnancy) will have on your muscles and ligaments.
