Do you remember the ad "melts in your mouth, not in your hand?" This relates to Galaxy Minstrels, but were they always called Minstrels or did they start life under another name?

Were they called Treets ?

Just looked on Wiki ..loads of gumf !

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M&M's
Minstrels were Chocolate Treets

There were also Toffee Treets and Peanut Treets
It was Treats that melted in your mouth not your hand. Then those American M&M's came over and that was the end of Treats.
Minstrels also used the same line 'they melt in your mouth and not in your hand'.
What about peanut treats have you forgot about them.....
Minstrels....aint that racist?
was it not maltesers that melted in your mouth and not in your hand
espookid - try holding a malteser in your hand !! If it was maltesers I'm sure trade descriptions would have got them by now !
Did you know that if you stick a peanut up your b*m, it comes out a treat:-)
