Oh yes - the Steradent.

My brother had a hangover once - he mistook the steradent for the alka seltzer. He still drank it (I never told him what he'd done. hee hee) - and apparently his hangover disappeared really quickly. (His stomach lining was nice and clean also).
TCP, my Grandma used to drink the stuff I swear it!

And my Nan has a beautiful rose in her garden which always reminds me of my Grandad. It's lovely. And the shed he used to spend most of his life in still has the same old smell - but it's a good thing! Nothing nasty! LOL
Brace yourselves ....

maggots.

My grandmother used to take me walking by Barlaston Pools, and the anglers all had boxes of maggots in sawdust. Even now I adore that smell.
Really andy?!!!!!

hmmmm.....don't think I'll be having rice for dinner tonight now....
Thanks for that rinkins lol I was going to have a Chinese for dinner too :-P

On the subject of food the smell of a roast dinner takes me instantly back to my childhood. Sundays, after Sunday school, coming in the back door to my parent's house and smelling the sunday roast and the gravy mmmmmmm!!!

Sometimes it's cr@p being a grown up.

It wasn't until I left home that I found out that you didn't have to scrape toast over the sink before buttering it!
