First apply to the court that gave you the last disqualification to have it removed after a minimum period. After that, you can apply to remove your endorsement(s) from your licence by completing a DVLA D1 application form and sending the appropriate fee (if you do not hold a photocard licence, you will also have to complete a photocard application form D750). Both forms are available from Post Offices.
Apply to te DVLA. no need to involve the courts because your ban was 12years ago.
Don't drive until you have your licence in your hand.
You should have applied for it back 10 years ago.
yes, just apply to the dvla for a new licence,as drink driving only stays on your licence foe 11 yrs,you will get a clean one back. there is no need to apply to any court.
