Could anyone tell me if a person who is receiving the Higher rate of Attendance Allowance gets help with car road tax. I know some disabled people do.

To claim an exemption from road tax you must b ein receipt of High Rate Mobility component of DLA and the vheicle must only be used for the recipient of the DLA, i.e family cannot use it to go out for day, holiday, work etc when the claimant is not involved .
