my stomach hardens

i am 21 weeks pregnant and my stomach keeps becoming hard it isn't painful but it has made me extremley worried. Can someone please help

They are mock contractions called Braxton Hicks or something like that (sorry,long time ago) and i got them quite often,especially if I lay on my back.Towards your time they will probably get stronger and may even hurt a bit. People often mistake them for labour pains,but these ones stop and aren't regular.

thank u ganesh although i thought i was abit early to get braxton hicks! it also occurs when i too lay on my back it's a funny thing, thank you.

It could be that your baby has changed position in the womb. When I was preggers with Eddie (aged 3), He some times turned so his back and bum were pushing against the front of stomache and that felt very hard and a bit uncomfortable.
