how does insurance work after a accident has been reported. and a cliam wants to be made..who if anyone is notified

Hi, have you had an accident or been involved in one? I am assuming you/persons have told their insurance company? It is something you need to contact them about.

If you've already made a claim i am not sure you ever fully get to see the ins and outs of what happens in the background...
