Option 1:
Screw a screw into the cork, and use the prongs of a fork or a pair of pliers to pull it out.
Option 2:
A small screwdriver - upside down - on the cork. Lightly hammer the screwdriver until the cork has been pushed into the bottle. Use the screwdriver pointy end to keep the cork out of the way of the neck while pouring into a jug.
Option 3:
Tools - 1 pair of new tights, 1 jug, 1 clean towel.
Wrap bottle and hand inside towel, leaving bottle neck free.
Deep breath. Whack the top of the bottle sharply against the corner wall of your house.
Stretch clean tights over a jug, and pour wine through tights into jug - any glass will be trapped.
Option 4:
Go to the off licence and buy a cork screw.
