Royal Mail refused to say how many postal worker convictions had occurred since privatisation.  Highly suspicious benaviour.  Not that the pre-privatisation stats are all that reassuring (see article).

We don't use credit cards at all now.  No need.  But they were handy and all they cost us was the insurance.  Nat West decided that as I was over 65 I couldn't have one any more!  But I hadn't used it for years so probably that's the real reason.  Mr L  never had one.  Our finances were and still are  in my hands. ;o).

We do use cash to pay hairdresser and cleaner, but it's getting difficult.  All the banks barr one have  closed and the cash points run out of cash very quickly!
