Although a staunch Remainer, I do get angry at some of the nonsense the EU spend money on.  To come to conclusions as to best and worst country (for happiness) based on such a narrow range is statistically ridiculous. What it's basically saying is there's no significant difference between any countries using the criteria employed here.

it's no bad thing for a government to make its citizens happy, and in a polyglot organisation like the EU it makes sense to try to find out why they're happy, and where, or why they aren't. So why exactly are the Germans not happy at the moment?

Obviously I wouldn't recommend the UK government try this right now.

Is there a correlation between the flood of unwashed vagrants arriving from who knows where and for what reason?

I know that my wee town is slowly turning into a haven for petty criminals who are housed in a couple of repurposed hotels.

Small boats are just the beginning as our leaders distribute invaders far and wide across the country with no thought or plan for the future.
