I want to post a question on AB  and include a sound  thats been recorded on a mobile .

Can that be done and how do i go abou it ?

Yes, you can upload an audio file to YouTube and share it here

^^^ You can only upload an audio file to YouTube if
(a) you've got a YouTube account ; and
(b) you first turn it into a single-image video (because YouTube doesn't recognise audio files, per se).

 

If you want to do it that way, I use this free service to create single-image video files:
