We have Roast chicken, roasties, creamed spinach, peas, carrots, savoy cabbage, broccoli, sprouts and gravy. The veg is surplus from yesterday's pork belly dinner.

40ml Espresso - cold50ml Vodka50ml Coffee liquer1/2 tsp vanilla extract1/2 tsp simple syrup or sugarlots of iceAll in a cocktail shaker. Shake til your arms are going to fall off and the liquid sounds dull. Pour and enjoy.

I have some frozen ones - they're lovely. They make an great meal when you can't be bothered to faff around in the kitchen.

I only have access to a Tesco express/metro. Limited choice of every thing and higher prices. I'll check theirs, and both Sainsbury's and Waitrose sites and consider doing an order.
