Well in the NoMercy household today it's Crown of Turkey covered in crispy bacon, sprouts and chestnuts, savoy cabbage, chanterray carrots, broccoli, peas, roasties, pigs in blankets, stuffing, bread sauce, gravy and redcurrant jelly with port. This will be washed down with a few glasses of white wine and Baileys for afters. I'm looking forward to it as I haven't had a proper sunday roast in ages.

So long as they are hard-boiled, they should be okay.
Tigger, I've used eggs that are weeks past their sell by. As long as they don't whiff when you crack them get stuck in!
Put the eggs in water, if they float don't eat them, they're fine if they sink :o)
