Rowanwitch - It's an interesting idea, but perhaps taking existing staff off-line to train new people would create a 'Catch-22' scenario where trying to address the problem actually makes it worse.

I would imagine that the training required, and the apparent scourge of low self-esteem, apparently inadequate pay, and rapid staff turnover, are all adding to the problem.

I wonder how many experienced admin staff are still employed but have failed to return to the office since Covid. Difficult to conduct interviews if they're not actually 'at work'.
