I have upload a details of a sum of money from my online account and I don't how to.

I did copy and paste the moneys but there is no where on the form where I can put it.

Only UPLOAD - when I press that it brings to other stuff. Anyway how I can do this. Thanks

sorry - I have to fill in a form and they are asking me for details of a payment I receive - they want confirmation of this. Of course dopey me I ws able to copy and paste but asbsolutely nowhere on the form to put the relevant information. If I know how could it be screenshot - again nowhere on the form ie no blank space to put it on. Just the word UPLOAD

other sites appear and there is no online account there - Tilly I don't know this but can this money be screenshotted - if I know what that was on. On the bot on Santander - what a dopey bot - just kept repeating repeating over - I asked for Human - there are none.

Can you see PRTSC on the right hand of the keyboard, top line?
Press that to take a screen shot of the transaction.

try control P
then select ( not the printer) pdf
and it should ask where you want the pdf

persist - this is used a lot

upload is the wrong way
you WOULD want download
theb it should ask you where.... if not try pictures

you need to put the screenshot into another document first (eg word) then save that document somewhere on your computer.
Then when you press upload, navigate to that document and upload it.

Download your bank statement and then you can save it and send it off to anyone.

Can you take a photo and upload that?

no I cant do any of the above techie stuff - am hopelesss. However I studied the oul grey matter and found an email address. Hope it is the right address - if not I am sure the receiver will perhaps put me on the right track.

I have had things like this which were scams. To confirm it and ask for advice ring your bank.
