Seen using an erasable ink pen when he makes notes on official documents.
He regulary uses "Pilot V erasable ink fountain pens" During cabinet meetings.
This has sparked concern that the PM's writing or even signature could be erased.
But a no 10 spokesperson has said that they have never used the erase function and they never will....They would say that wouldn't they.

you don't have to use pencil on a postal vote - unless I've failed to read the instructions - though postal or personal, using a pencil also seems something of a boon to possible poll tamperers.

OK so maybe only 95 % of vote slips are filled in in pencil. Maybe gulliver has a postal vote if his eligible to vote here so can use pen

is there an actual rule that you have to use a pencil when you vote in person? Or is it just that there's one hanging there so people use it without thinking? (Obviously, it's a while since I sent servants out to cast my vote for me; I always suspected they were ticking the anti-slavery candidate.)
