What Are These Called......?

....They have a part that screws into a wall and the bit left sticking out then twists perpendicular to the main direction of the screw, this enables you to put the straight bit through a hole and twist to hold it or un twist to remove it. I need some but I have no idea what to search for. Thanks.

Those toggle anchors are big heavy duty things used for construction, not picture hanging.
Search for 50x Brass Dresser Hooks - Small 13mm L Square Shoulder Screw Key Wall Hangers on Amazon. They don't toggle but should do the job

barry, yes but that's the sort of thing. I have seen them much smaller just can't seem to find them though but "Toggle anchor" is the name to search for so I'm looking round.

Roy, thanks they would work, if the screw part was like a wood screw that I could screw into the wall.

They will still fix into the wall with the right rawplug.
