MPs have debated the consequences of Brexit for the first time since Britain left the EU. Resulting in the verdict that it was a Disaster.
And that Brexits's impact would be greater than the Pandemic.
The Economy is not growing , The Brits rights and protection are being challenged ,and Britains standing in the world has fallen.
.All this just to have a crown stamp on a beer glass... Was it worth it.

//Since the UK left the EU , It is no longer considered a normal country though NJ.//

Well have a think about it, Gully. There are around 190 sovereign nations in the world (plus or minus a handful, depending how you count them). Of these, just 27 (about 14%) are EU members. The way EU members are forced to behave in many respects is vastly different to the way the others (now, thankfully, including the UK) do. So what would you say is “normal” behaviour (as much as anything can be considered normal)? A group of countries which have sacrificed many of their rights to be self governing (such as deciding who lives amongst them, what happens to their currencies, exchange rates and interest rates, and which take legislation from a supra national unelected body)? Or countries which retain control over these (and many other) things?

It’s a cold day, Tora. Too cold to do the gardening that I need to do. You wouldn’t begrudge me my little pleasures, while I sit wrapped in my blanket, watching Episode 194 of "Murder She Wrote" would you? I can stop if I want to – honest !!! :-)
