I'm assuming you're referring to the condensation that forms on the toilet cistern when the temperature drops?? The warm moist air hits the cold surface and forms condensation, which then drips onto the floor. We had exactly the same problem, up until a few weeks ago .... it's now almost gone ..... we still get it when it's really cold, but up until I sorted it...

Do you mean the room the toilet is in? Where is the condensation? Windows, walls? Or on the cistern?
Heat and ventilation.
Or on the floor? Have you been missing the pan? Or is there a leak from the toilet bowl?
It's all down to heating and ventilation.

Give it a few weeks with warmer weather and it will improve.
I was given a bag of crystals to soak up condensation in my car and it has worked brilliantly, no more wet interior screens. When the crystals change colour you put it in the microwave and start again. It might be a good cheap option, they may even do bigger versions for rooms.

We had exactly the same problem, up until a few weeks ago .... it's now almost gone ..... we still get it when it's really cold, but up until I sorted it out, my missus was having to mop up the floor under the toilet cistern almost every day.

In a nutshell, I insulated the water cistern on the inside. After googling the problem, one of the solutions proposed was to use foam such as a gym mat. I didn't have any, but I did have some old floor lino which I used instead. I drained the cistern and dried it out. I stuck 2 layers of lino along the bottom and around the sides using a good quality silicone (I use CT1, it costs around £15 per tube).

This was done about a month ago and it's def made a difference - I think we've mopped the floor up once, maybe twice since.

Here's a pic of our nicely decorated toilet cistern:

Thank you gizmonster it sounds exactly the same problem its always wet but doesnt always drip

So others know it only drips because of the build up of condensation on a vertical smooth surface its not a leak
Keep a window open often nearby.
