According to Google translate, Encore _ spela det igen
I suspect that there might be more than one answer. Just as we shout either "Encore!" or "More!", the Swedes might choose Barry's option or possibly "Extranummer!", or simply "Mer!".
Extranummer is technically right but a bit too literal. It obviously means "extra number."

Most likely they would use "encore", the same as we do.
Swedes love to leave words or letters out. "Spela det igen" or "Spela den igen" would probably be shortened to "Spela igen." (Play again)

They might even say "Bra spelat" (Well played)

I am sure that I have suffered from "Bra spelat" at some time.
It's a daily problem, Wolf.
Tilly, on Monday I only managed to get two sets of house keys and my mobile phone in mines.
yeah good example of translating machines/programs
they may not tell it like it is

I asked a fella - (pun intended) - arabic for "good morning, sunny innit" and he said "no one ever speaks about the weather ( al taqs) it is always sunny". So I have absolutely NO, none, nix ( ma feesh) comments about rain
They'd say "en gång till".

thanks all, that's why I have asked if there are any speakers on here, either as being born there or lived in the country and masterminded a working knowledge of the lingo.....
That translation of mine is from a mate who is Swedish, that is what he'd say/shout at a concert/gig when asking for an encore :)

thanks Dizmo....and others too
I am sure that I have suffered from "Bra spelat" at some time.
and probably.... more than once !

en gang till - - is that
one time more? - - - - and it has taken 48 h for me to remember that encore in French is 'bis'
the French don't say"encore"? They don't say "cul de sac", either. Do they actually speak French there any more or is it all le jogging and le sex-friend?
"en gång till" = Once more/again.
