morning, Friday and the end of the working week, i hope that you are all in good health and that your day is a pleasant one. Do you have anything planned for today?lot.

I have a food delivery at 8-9 then a visit from the OT I think. They are going to put in a six week plan of support which will help a lot. apart from that nothing, except try and get around a bit more.

'Morning Emmie: Sun is shining but bitterly cold. Being at the coast, the snow has all gone - for now. Glad to read an after-care plan is being set up for you - should have been done on discharge, especially as you live alone. Keep smiling.x
