yes - 75cl is a normal size and 35 tends to be a half bottle

75cl is the volume of liquid in the bottle, and it's three-quarters of a litre (standard size for an ordinary bottle of wine.) 35cl is half as big.

Yes it's centilitres, so 750cl is 3/4 of a litre. A standard bottle size.

SI ( systeme international ) is the system to use and other metric scales - CGS, MKS, rationalised MKS ( which werent ) are uuuuugh

cl is centilitre ( 10 mls) so 75 cl is 750 mls - 3/4 li - ( kinda makes you think ( centi) that it should be 100. - it isnt. 100 of them make up a litre

L (el) should be capitalised to show a base unit
c should be lower case, to show a derived unit but 'c' is now not recognised. old sham unit still in use. uuugh. cm is out for length too

which goes to show you had good reason not to know what was going on.
