The Ukrainians have high quality warm weather gear.
Whereas the Russians … don’t.
They will be in serious trouble in cold conditions. Without rotation to boot

I mentioned Kherson because yesterday Ukrainian forces broke through Russian defences in the NE of the region at a place called Zolota Balka on the west/right bank of the Dnipro and have been advancing steadily down the west bank of the river ever since. Probably to a place called Dudchany. This matters as they have also advanced in parallel further west (from Davidiv Brid) and it’s possible they could cut across and surround the entire Russian army in a pretty large area. Partisans further south have supposedly blown up a line just NW of Kherson city which would further cut Russian supply lines to the north.

Plus there possibly a new front being opened by Ukraine to the N of Mariupol
