Morning Ken. I have been out of action for just over a week due to being booked in for part two of my operation. All is brilliant and I have put a bit of info on Emmies Eb thread. My hard work paid off bud. I am good to go, but have to show a bit of restraint for now.

On my thread, i actually asked if anyone had read that you had 'built yourself up' enough for the 2nd part of your procedure. Great that things went so well for you, with the left kidney a bit of a bonus:-) Great to have you back. On wards and upwards, Togo - even your football team won for you t'other night:-J
I have just had a quick look at Ken's previous post. I cannot reply on there but thanks to all you lovely people who expressed well wishes. I knew I was going in on Tues 6th for an operation on Thurs 9th. I did not flag it up because I was not seeking a drama fest before I went and it could have been cancelled anytime up to climbing on the operating table anyway. Then it would have been an ongoing saga :))

I am feeling really well, and the op. has been somewhat of an outstanding success. I have never seen surgeons and top end consultants high fiving and almost over excited with themselves but they are really pleased and rightly proud of the outcome. I could have died or become paralysed during the op. It is all a bit overwhelming at the moment, to be honest, and I still have some way to go before I get back the best that I can be.
Great to see you back togs.
Crossed posts Ken. Ta TTT.

I may well have a look at that later Ken. One that I have had flagged up to me is Revich in the 3.00 Ayr. I have been tracking it all season and it is in my "S L Stable".
Good on you fella, I’m pleased it all went well for you and happy you’re on the mend.

Good to see you back, Togo.
Take it easy during your recovery.
I said it on the other thread but I'll say it again. Welcome back, Togo. You've been missed.
Ahh thank you all. I had not gone awol again, just sitting in a sunny spot in a armchair. May have even snoozed for a few moments. Trying to adjust to not having the constant bleep of a monitor in the background. I dreamt I was a sonar operator on a submarine when I was in.
Well played Togo, excellent news and good to see you back amongst us. Think ken was missing his stable mate.
good to hear you are on the mend Togo xx
Thank you Minty and Capito. I have been out for a sit in the car parked on the prom. Lovely to see the sky and the surf again.
