I heard it mentioned that ER had met all but one of the American Presidents who were in office during her reign. Who was the one she didn't meet, and why not?

Yes, Lyndon B Johnson. They said neither extended an invitation to the other although they were in contact regularly. LBJ was coming to London but the trip was never finalised. The queen did meet Ladybird Johnson in Texas, LBJ wasn't with her. No link, I googled it.
