N H S Prescriptions

I know you can't help but here goes...

I've been ordering my prescriptions on-line via NHS Patient Access for several years with no real problems. Today I log on & it says I'm not linked to any GP practice & I need to jump through several flaming hoops to establish a link!

Tried ringing the telephone ordering service & the GP only to be told I am 55 & 27 in the queue respectively. (I am a patient but NOT that patient!)

Has anyone had this problem?

I've just logged in to mine without problem but I have read that many have had difficulties because of the new 2FA that's been introduced, but that doesn't seem relevant to you.

No problems, I use a local pharmacist.

well so do I - but they don't dispense without a prescription!
