I really don't know but I believe there is something in tea and coffee which, even if it doesn't add calories, actually inhibits the body's ability in some way that prevents weight loss. Far better to limit the coffees and just drink water instead.

But so long as it's caffeinated coffee then it'll make you hyperactive in which case it cancels the calories out.

At least that's what happens in my little ideal world...
