H Jam & Bread Anyone?

I had an overwhelming urge for a jam sandwich , never ate one since I was a kid, so uncut bread , butter and strawberry jam , can’t remember why I even had any in, checked the date, good to go , and it was delicious too

Another favourite when I was young was condensed milk on a sandwich - yep, I can hear you all thinking "yuk"!

pasta - you weren't born in Dartmoor county. Thunder & Lightning - milky bap like a scottish one - syrup and clotted cream on top! It used to squish out of the sides when I was young....

We used to have banana sandwiches and the bananas were sprinkled with loads of sugar. I still eat them but without the sugar.

Peanut butter with a thin slice of Spanish on it makes a tasty sandwich. The onion should be a perfect slice, not just pieces strewn around:)

A jam sandwich is my go to comfort food when I can’t sleep! I only eat them in the middle of the night - but love them all the same.
