It’s that time of year when they used to appear across the countryside. What happened to Crop Circles? Did the aliens simply stop visiting.

"Exactly! Why would Aliens do that, LOL!"

They can't help themselves, cereal pranksters.
I can remember the morons coming up with all manner of wacky excuses, aliens, weather features any thing but the bleeding obvious!
It was doubled up with an overnight haunted house stay.
Didnt see a ghost either.
Bitterly disappointed....

We had one just up the lane and it was beautiful. Mystical even. I can understand how easy it was for people to think they were connected to the supernatural.
You got a picture of it Maydup?

This is it. If you zoom in you’ll see the road across the top where I used to drive past it to work every day.

This complex example spans an area of two acres so is quite huge.

Atheist, //Despite Naomi's atheism (sorry if I misrepresent you, Naomi), at least she doesn't automatically dismiss anything odd in principle.//

No, you don't misrepresent me on this. I think anyone, atheist or otherwise, who automatically dismisses anything odd simply on principle would be more gainfully employed in seeking explanations.

If there was anything supernatural about their creation we’d be seeing them now but haven’t seen any for ages round here.

I’m sure the farmers are pleased but I appreciated the creativity involved.
Question Author
Anyone seen one in 2022?
Maydup; see my link at 10:08.

I haven't seen any circles at all, just photos.
I don't think that Chas and Dave made any which are as good as the good ones.
Have you tried Margate?
Maydup...apparently there was one in Wiltshire on June 4.

Good to see some recent ones. Thanks for the links folks.

I just hope the creators take great care in these very dry conditions.
Maybe farmers got their act together.
