What big thing have you noticed - mine has been petrol.

Bought £20 last Sunday to pick sister up - I don't drive much at all - next thing within one week petrol light was flashing. Couldn't believe it.

My Tesco shopping hasn't gone up that much, but I buy meat, fish and veg elsewhere

My friend got a taxi from Ryde to Totland. About 16 miles. Charge £60.

The Shell near me is now £1.93. I don't often drive these days which is lucky for me.

I mentioned on AB a few weeks back that my weekly shop had gone up by around £30-40. And my energy bill DD has gone from around £90 to £125pm. Not looking forward to October and when it gets cold.

At the moment I've got enough disposable income to cover the hikes but it is worrying if, as and when they increase again.
