Cant Hear Alexa Show

hi, my alexa show 5 has gonesilent. All the buttons pertaining to volume are "On", whenever i ask her to play somethiing or do something it appears she is (ie i can turn my sockets on and off). So i appears she can hear me, but i cant hear her. I havent gone deaf, anyone any suggestions of a fix? something i can doin the app perhaps?

Have you tried saying, 'Alexa, volume up' or 'Alexa, unmute'?

yes :) havealso tried unplugging.

ha! i sorted it. My 10 YO had bluetoothed a microphone with a speaker to it

Aha! Thanks for the feedback. I did read a website that suggested a connected bluetooth device could cause the problem, I should have posted the link

I don't know a lot about Alexa, but as she can hear you, couldn't you just tell her to fix herself ?
