I have just joined Virgin for my TV, Internet and phone, and it seems they need to send me an 02 sim card to keep the monthly price low anyone else had this.

een offered, and refused, a sim card.Makes no difference to the bill
I don't know why you'd need an 02 sim card if your now with Virgin.

However I'm now with Smarty but I won't bore you with the trouble I had trying to get away from 02, my advice would be decline.
Had exactly the same offer fruitsalad. To get the best deal they would send me a SIM card. Accepted the offer, received the SIM card (which i have never used) . Now receive an email statement every month for my TV, internet & land line phone ( which i rarely use ) and receive a separate email statement for the SIM which is £0.00. At the end of the day if you choose not to use the SIM it will not cost you any extra, that has been my experience at least.
Hope this helps.
I too get a monthly bill ffor 0.00. Just accept the sim card fruitsalad and don't use it unless you want to.
Virgin Media and O2 have merged into one.
