Everyone will be thinking of raising the defence budget after this Russian invasion.

I think the West needs to wake up to a lot now.

1. Green policies that have allowed Putin tom fund this war.
2. Pronoun rubbish that makes Putin think we are weak
3. Woke nonsense, more fuel for people like Putin to think we are weak.
4. Unable to secure our borders, yup display of more weakness.
5. Police Services not forces, again a display of more weakness. They perceive that if we cant stand up to a few yobs how will we stand up to armed action
6. Underfunded armed services, particularly with regard to collectives like NATO.
7. Reliance on dodgy countries like China, Russia etc for fuel and manufacturing.

Unless we change our ways this will continue. China, Iran and Russia are not going away.

I agree. For years governments have cut and run down the services, it is very shortsighted.
