Lots of cans of strong Polish beer are well above 7.5. Belgian stuff as well.
Lots of different beers can be more than 7.5%, far too many to list, pretty well all Imperial Stouts will be over that for instance.
Plus good old Barley Wines as well :-)

dave - didn't read all the link but I don't think you could buy that kind of strength in any off-licences/supermarkets.
Back in the 70s while guests of an amateur Belgian football team, we were given quite a few bottles of Carlsberg Elephant beer the evening before we were due to play them. I do believe it is around the 7.5% mark and we duly lost the match.
Echt Kulmbacher (eku) is I think the strongest I’ve tried.
11 or 12% and utterly disgusting.
I bought 6 bottles of Whitbread Celebration Ale when it was released in 1992, drank 5 over the years and still have one bottle left. It's 11.5%.
Trappist monks make it much stronger, but they are keeping quiet with the formula.
Seems the increase the alcohol content by successively freezing out the water - probably quite a protracted process.
Camden 2021 Beer on sale in waitrose over the christmas holidays was
10%proof,cost £7 a bottle but tasted beautiful.
^no such thing as "10% proof"....it's 10% vol (or abv).
Degrees proof hasn't been used for years!
