Anyone remember the name of the old guy (face looked a bit like Mr Punch) who was England mascot at sporting events in the 1970s and 80s, always wearing a Union Jack suit and tie and carrying Union jacks, who turned to have a dodgy past with kids or whatever ?

Ken Baily, I think. Died in 1993.
