I think it would be a good idea to go see your doctor, maybe you are just run down, and a tonic will pick you up, or you could be a little anemic and may need a course of iron tablets. Wont do you any harm to go see him/her.

Make sure you are drinking plenty water. Dehydration can be a cause of tiredness

Water is all i drink, just made a appointment with docs for later on today lets hope they have some idea whats wrong its begging to get me down : (
A blood test at the doctors should be able to tell why you are tired. It could be anaemia, it could be an underactive thyroid (I was passing out with tiredness before I was diagnosed).

Wait & see what the doctor says.
I had a very similar problem about two years ago. I could be walking along and feel as though i was about to pass out from being so tired. I went to the doctor but they didn't find anything wrong with me. They said it could be because of stress but I didn't have anything stressful going on in my life around that time.

A friend recommended that I cut out bread, eat oats/porridge for breakfast and drink cranberry juice. I did this and honestly felt a lot better within two weeks.
